PREMONT, TEXAS — Premont police are in the midst of a manhunt.
Police posted a picture of man, identified as Mark Anthony Lozano. They added that Lozano is armed and dangerous.
Lozano is not in custody and was last seen wearing gray shorts, no shoe and still in handcuffs!
If you see Lozano you're asked to call 911!
