But if you haven’t it’s O.K., you need to come check it out especially this Saturday because the owner is going to provide to go boxed meals for anyone in need of food and it’s absolutely free.

The event will happen from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the restaurant at the corner of Corona and Everhart.

"We will set up a table outside for anyone who is welcome to drive up and pick up the food and leave," owner CG Sang Sananikone said.

And when Sananikone is not giving away free food she likes to donate 20 percent of her proceeds to various charities.

This is a family-run business, in fact you will find Sang’s children and nephews preparing various dishes for their curbside business.

The customers love it.

“This place has been around a long time," said Erica Bryant, a familiar customer. "It's a mom and pop business. People love it, the atmosphere is great and the nicest servers in town."

The Imperial Cafe also offers home and office delivery. They are open Tuesday through Saturday from 11:30 to 9 p.m.
