An abandoned kayak was found Sunday morning near Aransas Pass and police are trying to find out where it came from.
The orange Pelican kayak had fishing gear on board and was located in the Aransas Channel near Aransas Pass.
"We are asking that if anyone is missing a kayak or knows of an over due kayaker that was out last night please contact TPWD or Aransas Pass Police Department with any information," Texas Game Wardens posted.
