CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Texas State Aquarium will be hosting a Community Day on Sunday, where everyone gets in for $2.
Community Day, sponsored by Whataburger, gives access to the aquarium’s exhibits and admission for $2 to see a film -- Smallfoot 4D -- in the Whataburger 4-Dimension Theater. Parking also is included in the admission.
“We’re grateful to our longtime partner Whataburger for once again sponsoring Community Day,” said Texas State Aquarium President and CEO Tom Schmid. “Whataburger’s support will provide families and individuals with another opportunity to discover the newest exhibits and experiences at the Aquarium at a deeply-discounted rate. It’s yet another example of how Whataburger shows how much they care for the people of South Texas.”
Community Day will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and admission is free for children 2 years old and younger. Tickets are available for sale on-site on Community Day only.
There are no tickets available for purchase in advance or online.
