VICTORIA, Texas — The University of Houston at Victoria has been placed on lock-down.
The University posted on their Facebook page around 1:30 pm the campus was put on alert. The alert was about a man with a box cutter has been attacking individuals near a Stripes Convenience Store near the University.
Residents are being advised to remain indoors and not leave their location.
