CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Two people were hospitalized Tuesday morning after they were shot.

It happened around 2 a.m. inside Flanagans Southside on Airline Road.

Corpus Christi Police Captain William Bryoles said one of the victims was shot in the leg and the other in the ankle.

The victims are in their 30’s.

Most of the witnesses left before officers arrived, so they’re still trying to figure out how it all happened.

The shooter got away.

He’s described as a heavy set Hispanic male, bald, wearing a white T-shirt, blue jean shorts and in his mid 20’s to early 30’s.

Police said if the shooter is caught he could be charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Police are reviewing video footage.
