HOUSTON, TEXAS — Investigators with the Harris County Sheriff's Department are looking into the death surrounding a four-year-old boy.
According to investigators, the four-year-old boy was found unconscious in a bathtub Tuesday afternoon in Tomball, Texas.
Deputies have responded to a 911 call at the Timber Ridge Aparts. located at 5335 Aldine Bender Rd. A 3 year old had been found in the swimming pool. EMS transported to Memorial Hermann Northeast Hospital. The child has died. Homicide Invst. are on scene. #Hounews

The toddler was rushed to the Tomball Regional Hospital.
He was pronounced deceased a short while later.
Investigators are still looking into what led up to the incident.
