CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — H-E-B voluntarily has issued a recall for its half-gallon Strawberry Creamy Creations ice cream. The recall does not affect any batches sold in the Coastal Bend, Central Market products, or stores in Houston and Mexico.
The affected batches potentially contain metal from processing equipment, and was found during routine product inspection. The store said no injuries have been reported.
All unsold product has been removed from the shelves. A complete list of affected stores can be found here.
