Civil rights organizations and members of a Joe Biden Campaign Caravan fall that was surrounded on a Texas highway by supporters of former President Donald Trump have filed two federal lawsuits.
The groups allege law enforcement failed to respond to efforts where they claim they were being intimidated.
And members of what's called the Trump Train put the Biden supporters' lives in danger as they traveled from San Antonio to Austin.
