CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — A proposed South Side Sports Complex is on the city council's agenda for today.
The complex would be built along the Crosstown extension, which is across the street from Church Unlimited.
Today the city council will discuss amending the lease agreement that was originally signed in 2016.
If it's approved, the revised agreement will set new milestone deadlines for the developer, SQH Sports and Entertainment.
The first of those deadlines is Jan 3rd and requires proof SQH has the backing to fund its multi-million dollar proposal.
If not, the city could terminate the contract.
