SAN PATRICIO COUNTY, Texas — An investigation is ongoing after a gruesome discovery is made in San Patricio County.
On Sunday afternoon, a man's body was found in a ditch along Farm to Market road 666 near the Nueces River.
Investigators do not yet know who the man is or how he died, but they believe he had been there for several days.
The body was taken to the Nueces County medical examiner’s office.
Additional details should be released Tuesday.
