CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Two children are among those recovering from minor injuries following a rollover accident.

It happened just after midnight at the intersection of Baldwin and Shawnee street, between Airport and Morgan.

Officers tell us that in the car were 3 adults and two young boys around 4 to 6 years old.

No one was wearing a seatbelt and some of the people were thrown from the car.

Police believe the two women sitting up front were arguing and that the driver began driving erratically before the crash.

The car went airborne -- going high enough to break a power pole in half.

Although everyone was taken to a hospital, none of the injuries were considered life-threatening.

Officers expect to charge the driver with intoxication assault.
