WASHINGTON, D.C. — A commission established to review the U.S. Supreme Court is expected to submit its final preliminary report today.

President Joe Biden announced the creation of the commission in April.

The goal was to evaluate the court and see if there should be more than nine justices, or if justices should have term limits.

The commission will meet tomorrow to go over its initial report before submitting its final report, next month.
