WASHINGTON, D.C. — Parents can expect the next child tax credit payment to start hitting their bank accounts on Monday.
Some families will get the check through the mail, which means the money may arrive later.
The final check is scheduled to be deposited on Dec. 15.
There are still questions about whether that will actually be the final payment.
President Joe Biden wants them to continue to 2025, but lawmakers are worried about the cost.
