Police in New Orleans have arrested a man accused of assaulting comedian/actor Andy Dick.
46-year-old David Hale was arrested this morning and charged with second degree battery and simple battery.
Surveillance video outside a New Orleans bar shows a man walking up to Dick and punching him in the face on Saturday.
Police say that man is Hale. Police say that man is Hale. According to authorities, Dick was unconscious for 15 minutes, and taken to the hospital by ambulance where he was observed for a possible brain bleed.
He continues to recover. Hale meanwhile remains in police custody.
Police have not released a motive for the attack.
