H-E-B was named the top-rated workplace for retailers on a popular job site.
This is the third year in a row H-E-B has snagged the title.
Indeed published their rankings in a blog post. The rankings come from employee reviews on their website.
"I believe HEB has the best business policy in my eyes which is they take care of their partners so that their partners can take care of the customers," said one of the reviews."They give back to their partners and allows them opportunity to grow within the business."
According to a press releasefrom H-E-B, they are the largest privately-held employer in Texas. They currently have about 116,000 employees at 400 stores across the nation.
