CORPUS CHRISTI, Tx — The Fourth of July is here and what better way to celebrate Independence Day than by sampling some of America's most delicious (and cheapest) food.

Lots of restaurants are celebrating July 4 with free and cheap food. Here's a roundup of what you can score.

Red, white and blue all over

Bruegger's Bagels: Red, white and blue bagels will be available July 3-4 while supplies last. Pre-order at your nearest bakery by July 2.

Einstein Bros. Bagels: Pre-order your red, white and blue bagels for pickup between July 2 and 4.

Krispy Kreme: Enjoy the Let Freedom Ring doughnut collectionfeaturing patriotic frosting and sprinkles. But you better hurry, the doughnuts are only available now through July 4.

Tim Hortons: What's better than a doughnut? A doughnut that explodes in your mouth, just like fireworks! OK it's not actually that intense of an explosion, but Tim Hortons is offering a Fireworks Donut topped with popping candy to celebrate America.

Mrs. Fields: Baked goods in all sorts of red, white and blue designs are available and everything on the site is 20 percent off when you use the code "AMERICA."

Free and cheap

Logan's Roadhouse: All active duty military members and veterans can get a free American Roadhouse Meal 3-6 p.m. on Thursday. This offer is not available in North Carolina, South Carolina or the Augusta, Georgia, location.

Walgreens: Veterans, active duty military and their families can get 20 percent off in store July 4-7 . All you need is a free store loyalty card and valid military ID or proof of service.

Chuck E. Cheese: Military families, including active duty service members National Guard, reservists and retired service members, can get special deals any day of the year. All you have to do is show your Common Access Card, Uniformed Services ID Card or Dependent ID Card.
