Papa John’s is serving up a chance at a college education for its workers.

The pizza chain is offering to pay all tuition for undergraduate and graduate online degree programs for nearly 20,000 employees. Papa John’s is also offering reduced tuition for the 70,000 people who work in its franchises.

Classes must be taken through Purdue University Global, which offers several online degree programs.

The news comes as Papa John’s continues to deal with the fallout involving its founder, John Schnatter, who resigned as chairman last year after allegedly using a racial slur during a conference call.

Papa John’s has about 5,200 restaurants worldwide, with about 700 company-owned U.S. locations and about 2,700 franchises in North America.
