CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — An accident in the 3000 block of Staples has sent a man to the hospital and knocked out power in the area, residents say.
Police are investigating an accident where a car jumped the curb an apparently hit a power box.
The box will be repaired later today, Corpus Christi police said.
The vehicle is being towed away from the accident. The man driving it was taken to the hospital.
