CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The holiday season is here, and just because things are a little different this year doesn’t mean the season still can’t be merry and bright!

Corpus Christi is home to several extravagant light shows and displays, each contributing a little bit of holiday cheer to each person that passes through.

Here’s a list of light shows and displays that are sure to put you in the holly jolly spirit for the whole month of December.

Candy Cane Lane
Schanen Estates: Donegal Drive, Wooldridge Road, McAlpin Drive, and Killamet Drive

Candy Cane Lane is a neighborhood where residents decorate their homes to welcome the holidays. Visitors are encouraged to drive or walk through the holiday wonderland of lights.

Peppermint Lane
Downtown Corpus Christi: Chaparral Street

Businesses are lit up in 1960s-style decorations, all while staying open late for shoppers, providing treats, music, and more.

Mr. Bill's Wonderland

Bill Cox has been providing his holiday light display for residents in the city for the past 20 years. His wonderland includes choirs, a Christmas train, giant stuffed toys, a Nativity scene, and Santa Claus.

This display was featured on ABC’s “The Great Christmas Light Fight” in 2015. It brings the traditional holiday displays we love with an island-style twist.

The Bocanegra family has brought out this display for 20 years. It includes life-like animals and free popcorn every night.

Santa's Mailbox

Stick your letter into the giant red mailbox while snow falls and Christmas music plays. The last day to mail your letter and get a reply from Santa is Dec. 24.
