The Great Texas Round-Up is coming up and the City of Corpus Christi is giving those warrants a chance to clear their record.
Dockets at the city's Municipal Court are changing to take care of any unfinished business, with no questions asked.
The courts are offering a second chance for those with outstanding fines or tickets to pay them off without getting arrested.
"There's lots of options," said municipal court judge Gail Loeb. "And people sometimes get nervous and they don't know what they can do, so we are trying to let them know ahead of time that there are options and they shouldn't be afraid to come in to court."
The 12-day amnesty period will start Monday and run through Friday, Feb. 28. After that, officers will start making arrests for neglected warrants.
