CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS — Walmart debuts its pop-up drive-in movie night right here in Corpus Christi.

Tonight and tomorrow's showing is "Selena." The movie is being shown at the Walmart Supercenter at 4109 South Staples Street.

"Walmart will roll out this red carpet experience in towns across the country for a combined 320 showings," the company wrote. "This family-friendly night will include hit movies, special appearances from filmmakers and celebrities, and concessions delivered right to customer vehicles."

Before you head out there you need to get your free tickets online.

Tickets are given out per car, and cover "as many people as you have seatbelts in your car."

To ensure proper social distancing, guests will be required to remain in their cars during the showings. Anyone who does need to leave their car will be required to wear a mask or face covering.

The movie starts at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday and the gates open 90-minutes before showtime.
