The Nueces County Medical Examiner's Office released the name of a 78-year-old man who was killed in a rollover accident on Interstate 37 on Wednesday.
Corpus Christi resident Juan Caudillo was driving a dump truck in the southbound lane of the highway at around 5:30 p.m. when, preliminary police reports indicated, a car may have cut off the dump truck, causing it to veer off the road.
Investigators now say it is not clear if another vehicle was involved.
