CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The United Way of the Coastal Bend held a "real talk" workshop today to discuss homelessness.
Organizers say this helps them make positive impacts in their networks.
Last year, 380 homeless people were counted in the city.
That number is up at least an additional 500 people.
Now, organizers say that number could just mean a more accurate counting method was performed this time around, but the official numbers will be released next month.
