CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Two people arrested on murder charges in the shooting death of Jasmine Ozuna will not face trial.

Assistant District Attorney Matt Manning confirms the grand jury declined to indict 18-year-old Isaac Molina and David Molina.

On Aug. 15, Ozuna was struck by a bullet as she drove down Misty Drive near Moody High School.

She was hit in the stomach and later died at the hospital.
