Traffic is being shut down near Ocean and Robert drives, as an 18-wheeler attempts to back out of the ramp going into The Arts Apartments on Ocean Drive.
Witnesses said the 18-wheeler is stuck on the entrance to the complex and an apartment building has been evacuated as a precaution as the tractor-trailer attempts to free itself.
