CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — A shooting that sent a teenager to the hospital is now being investigated by the Corpus Christi Police Department.
Just before 6 p.m. Sunday, a 14-year-old was shot in an incident on Booty Street.
The teen was taken to Christus Sspohn Shoreline Hospital and is expected to recover.
At last check, police were trying to ascertain whether the shooting could have been accidental.
