CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — With the holiday season just around the corner, one local tailgating organization is making sure every child in the Coastal Bend gets a present for Christmas this year.
The Coastal Bend Borracho Tailgaters held a toy-drive and BBQ Chicken Plate Sale Saturday to donate toys and funds to the Court Appointed Special Advocates, better known as CASA. Many of these children rely on your donations to get a little Christmas cheer every year.
“All of our other chapters as well raise toys for the kids, with this benefit also drives Easter baskets and school supplies when school starts back up,” said president of the Coastal Bend Borrachos, Jason Harries
The Coastal Bend Borracho Tailgaters will host more benefits in the future to ensure children in the area have a great Christmas.
