CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission is investigating Wonders Bar & Grill to determine if it over served alcohol to Brandon Portillo who's accused of driving drunk and causing a wreck that killed Officer Alan McCollum.

TABC Public Information Officer Chris Porter said they're reviewing the bar's surveillance video from January 31, the night of the accident, and interviewing witnesses and employees.

If it's determined that the bar acted wrongly, Porter said that Wonders could face fines and loss of its liquor license.

The individual employees who served the alcohol could face up to Class A Misdemeanors, but those charges would come from the Nueces County District Attorney's Office.
