CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Texas Democrats continued their convention today with a lot of focus on racial issues in the state and nationwide.
Topics have included how to get out the Latino and Black vote come November, as well as finding quality minority candidates to run for office.
There was also a discussion regarding voting rights, which centered around the mail-in ballot question making its way through the courts.
Local Republicans recognize they need to do a better job of listening and acting on what these communities want and need.
