CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Two car collisions caused major backups on SPID eastbound.
The first crash happened shortly after 5 p.m., Jan. 19, close to Everhart road on Highway 358.
A second four car accident happened about 20 minutes later close to the Weber exit on Highway 358 as well.
Police advise citizens to avoid the area if possible.
No major injuries have been reported.
