CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Rockport Police Department is asking for public assistant in finding a missing man.
Billy Whitefield was last seen at Cove Harbor Marina on Nov. 14, wearing a long sleeve gray shirt and blue jeans.
He is a white male with blonde hair, approximately 5’ 10" tall, and weighs 170 pounds.
