CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Robstown Emergency Medical Services got an award for best EMS in Western Nueces County.
City Residents voted and The Record Star gave out the award on Wednesday. Robstown EMS is extra proud of their team.
"This is a great achievement we take pride in and will continue to work and train hard to maintain this award here for our great city and its citizens," their celebratory post says. "This would not be possible without all the other city departments we work alongside with."
According to Robstown EMS, other Robstown departments were awarded in several different categories.
