REFUGIO, Texas — Refugio city officials have announced the city's water boil has been rescinded.
Gabriel Morales, the city's water and waste water superintendent, said the boil notice was lifted about 11 a.m. Tuesday.
It came after water samples late Monday were clear, Morales said.
The water boil began on Saturday after a water break. Residents then were notified that all water should be boiled prior to consumption until further notice.
