Police need help identifying two suspected arsonists caught on video.
A concession stand near the Ingleside High School softball field was set on fire just before 12 a.m. on Saturday, March 7, according to authorities.
Firefighters arrived and discovered that both the inside and outside of the building had also been damaged.
