CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Corpus Christi police are investigating a possible drowning near Cole Park earlier Thursday morning.
The body was found about 7 a.m. in the bay near the intersection of Ayers and Ocean Drive.
Investigators say the victim appears to be a man in his 40s.
The medical examiner is now working to identify the victim and determine the exact cause of death.
