ROBSTOWN, Texas — Police are investigating an accident where an 18-wheeler traveling on State Highway 44 near U.S. Highway 77, snarling traffic in the area.
Police said the accident occurred when the truck swerved to avoid a deer and jackknifed into the side of the road. Traffic is moving very slowly because of the crash.
