CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Thirty police cadets took part in a special tradition this morning.
They took part in a run from the Corpus Christi Police Academy to the station headquarters.
Cadets gathered at the academy on Corona Drive around 8 a.m.
The run symbolizes the final leg of their seven-month journey at the police academy.
On Friday, these cadets will be sworn to serve our community during ceremonies at the American Bank Center.
