CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Nueces County Sheriff's Office announced that they arrested a man with several felony warrants.
Eric R. Ruiz was wanted for abandoning and endangering a child, two accounts of injury to child, failure to register as a sex offender, and four accounts of possession of a controlled substance.
