CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — There was another rescue a little closer to home today. It happened about 20 miles offshore from Port Aransas.
A Coast Guard helicopter was brought in to medevac a 20-year-old patient with an injured leg.
He was picked up from the vessel he was working on and was flown in for medical treatment.
