The 41st annual Oysterfest kicks off at 5 p.m.
More than 5,000 people are expected to attend this four-day bi-valve blowout.
The annual fundraiser for the Fulton Volunteer Fire Department features carnival rides, live music and of course oysters.
Lots and lots of oysters.
There will be raw oyster eating contests, oyster shucking contests and even oyster decorating contests.
