CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS — A man is recovering in the hospital after he was shot in the leg.
The shooting happened at 3:50 a.m. Friday at Mary and 19th street.
Police said a 50-year-old male was shot in the leg. The suspect was not at the scene.
Investigators said they do have information about the suspect's identity and are following up on leads.
As for the victim, the police said he was sent to Christus Spohn Shoreline hospital and is in stable but critical condition at the hospital.
