CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The prosecutor in the capital murder trial of Ausencio Acosta plans to seek another trial.
A mistrial was declared in the case yesterday.
The prosecutor tells us both agreed to the mistrial but she would not comment on why.
Acosta is one of six men charged with a deadly home invasion in April 2018.
The victims --- Arturo and Miriam Lopez --- were shot and killed during that home invasion.
