ARANSAS PASS, Texas — In April 2020, the Aransas Pass Fire Department will receive its long-awaited new fire truck.
This million-dollar truck will not only make a difference for the station, but also for the economic growth of the community.
Chief Nathan Kelley and the Aransas Pass Fire Department have been waiting for this truck since April of 2018. This $1.4 million truck also comes with brand new gear for these firefighters, who have been using equipment that's 15 years old.
Also, Aransas Pass will now be able to build taller infrastructures, solely because of this new truck.
