CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Corpus Christi Police have confirmed that the man armed with a metal pipe who was shot by a police officer yesterday will be charged with felony aggravated assault on a police officer.
KRIS-TV's Greg Chandler reports the man is expected to survive, but CCPD won't release his identity until he's arrested and booked.
