A man was taken to the hospital tonight after being the victim of a drive-by shooting.
CCPD said a man in his 30s or 40s was standing by his truck in the 300 block of Carver Street when he was shot in the rear at around 7 p.m. Thursday.
The victim's injuries reportedly were not life-threatening.
Police currently have no suspect descriptions and are collecting surveillance video in the area to help in their ongoing investigation.
Whether the victim is local to the neighborhood and the motive of the shooting are unknown.
