CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — A man is in the hospital following a major crash on Highway 281.
Jim Wells County Deputies, the Department of Public Safety, and the Alice Fire Department, responded to the call Friday afternoon on Highway 281 Bypass near County Road 116.
According to officials, a tractor trailer was involved.
The man currently being treated by Allegiance EMS at Christus Spohn Hospital in Alice, Texas.
The man has not been identified, and the cause of the accident is still unknown.
