CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — A 44-year-old former softball coach has been sentenced to 6 years in prison after he was found guilty today of sexually assaulting two underaged girls from his team.
Jacob Perez pleaded guilty today to two counts of sexual assault of a child and two counts of indecency with a child in his trial at the Nueces County Courthouse.
He also can’t have contact with the victims.
