CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Corpus Christi Police are investigating the death of man whose body was found in a boat.
The boat was discovered near the Nueces Bay causeway around 5:30 on Monday. A Corpus Christi Fire Department boat found the man's body aboard. The mast of the boat also was broken.
At last report the CCPD dive team was on sight to help stabilize the boat and get it towed back to shore.
The name of the victim and nature of his death have not yet been released.
