Local law enforcement agencies are investigating a homicide they say happened in a store parking lot on Wednesday.
Officers responded to shooting call just after noon on the 800 block of 4th street in Bishop. When they arrived a man was laying on the parking lot just outside the Dollar General.
Bishp Police say he was fatally shot but did not provide any other details.
The Nueces County Sheriff's Department, Texas DPS and Texas Rangers are assisting the police department with the investigation.
